The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia, H.E. Levan Beridze, welcomed at the Embassy premises a young singer from Georgia, Mate Martiashvili, together with his mother, Mrs. Tinatin Chulukhadze.
Additionally a 12-year-old Mate Martiashvili participated in a concert held at the main music hall of Athens, officially invited by famous Greek producer Mr. Ilias Malandiris. Mate performed two solo songs with high professionalism, accompanied by the musical choir of Athens Cultural Center “Caucasus” and received admiration and standing ovation from audience.
The Georgian Ambassador congratulated the young performer on his successful performance at the concert and encouradged him for representing Georgia with dignity.
Mate Martiashvili is an internally displaced person from Samachablo region, and has participated in the seventh season of song contest “Ranina”.
