The Ambassador of Georgia to the Hellenic Republic, H.E. Levan Beridze participated in the conference on Tech and Innovations orginized by "28DIGITAL"
On December 10, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Serbia, H.E. Levan Beridze, participated in the conference organized by the European Institute of Technology “28DIGITAL”, where experts, researchers, and specialists discussed the rapid development of technology, innovation, and the startup ecosystem in Europe as well as the role of digitalisation of different sectors and its affect on economic growth of the countries.
Georgian Ambassador in his speech discussed about Georgia's innovation and technology ecosystem and startup environment and he emphasized the preferable tax policy available in Georgia for foreign investors. The Ambassador Beridze highlighted Georgia's role as a technology hub in the Black Sea Region.
The event was attended by representatives of the Greek public and private sectors and the diplomatic corps. additionally ‘28DIGITAL’ is one of the largest technology and innovation organizations in Europe, which brings together about 300 corporations, 500 startups and research centers, and has 23 operating offices across Europe.
