The Exhibition named "Georgian Artists in Greece” was opened in Athens
On November 20, an exhibition “Georgian Artists in Greece” was opened in Athens, organized by the Embassy of Georgia to the Hellenic Republic. The exhibition features works of various genres by Georgian artists based in Greece.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia, H.E. Levan Beridze, addressed the audience and emphasized the importance of popularizing Georgian art in Greece. According to Ambassador Beridze, such events promote cooperation between the two countries in the field of culture. Georgian Ambassador expressed his gratitude to the Greek side for the support shown in the process of organizing the exhibition, and he wished success to the artists participating in the exhibition.
The exhibition was held with the support of the Athens Municipality Culture, Youth and Sports Organization “OPANDA” and the Georgian Palace of Arts.
The evening was attended by representatives of Greek public and private sectors, diplomats, and other Georgian and foreign guests. The exhibition will be open for visitors until November 25, at the following address: Athens Art Center, Vasilissis Sofia's Avenue, Eleftherias Park, 115 21.
